Also one negro boy slave, Jacob, about 5 yrs. old, 1 slave Mary, about 2 yrs., also 1 feather bed and furniture. Wit: John Martin & Philip Sandifer. Dated June 10, 1837. Ack. before B.E. Grace, Clk. June 10, 1837. Filed June 10, recorded June 22, 1837. B.E.
