Premises.
79.98 ½ acres being the SE ¼ of NE ¼, Sec 1, TP 16, R 3W and the SW ¼ of NE ¼, Sec 26, TP 15, R 3W. Also 1 Negro woman named Sylvia of light complexion, age about 20 years, also 1 dark bay filly, 1 chestnut sorrel filly, and 1 sorrel mare and her colt. Whereas Staggs is indebted to Jonathan Steel in the sum of $89.11 for which said Steel executed his note to Steel & Adkins tin the sum of $33.10 and his note to Steel & Allen in the sum of $113.56, and being willing to secure payment of these debts, Staggs executes this deed of trust.
