trading under the firm of H.&D. parish in New York in the sum of $6,332.84 as evidenced by 2 notes one marked “A” signed & endorsed by Samuel Thompson, Fleming Thompson & Job Richardson: the other marked “B” signed & endorsed by Samuel Thompson, Thomas Thompson & H. McElroy. Whereas said Samuel Thompson is indebted to said H&D Parish by 2 judgements in U.S. Circuit Court, Mobile, Ala., &

Cameron the Trustee in this deed of trust do hereby certify that the debt specified in this deed of trust do hereby certify that the debt specified in thsi deed of trust is satisfied by selling twenty negros 634 acres of land & I do hereby relinquish the right of the property unsold to S.
