To Beloved Wife Cathrine, 50 acres of land between and joining Land granted by patent to his son Neill, including a part of his [new feets??]; she shall enjoy possession of two Negroes Jack and Juny and receive the benefit of their labor during life; four cows; a Sorrel Filley; the sheep.

[Ordain my son Neill to pay to my son James $100 at the expiration of three years, it being his Portionable part of my Estate. I ordain that Neill shall have Juny and her issue after his mother’s death.
