Premises. 2 Negro slaves, namely, 1 Negro man named Balaam, of black complexion and 1 negro man named Wonder, of black complexion. Whereas Linthicum is indebted to Jonathan Steel & Thomas M. Adkins, late merchants trading under the firm name of Steel & Adkins, by note in the sum of $336.66 with a credit of $200 on same, now Linthicum being willing to secure payment of the above note, executes this mortgage.
